Came across a very nifty site. Make A Shorter Link is a cool and quite useful service being provided by the folks at Useful Inc. You just enter your long URL, generally from news, shopping and maps sites and it outputs a very short one which can be easily included in emails(You don't have to worry about link wraps, email programs lopping off links etc).

Dave Winer thinks Google should buy them.
